Has over 25 years of professional experience in the banking, financial, public, and corporate sectors. He graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in Economics. During his professional career, he held senior positions in commercial banks and large companies, and also worked in government agencies. From 2012 to 2017, he was a member of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, where he served on the relevant committees on legislation and human rights, as well as on energy, industry, construction, and communications. From 2017 to 2019, he held a senior position in the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. From 2019 to 2022, he headed Tajik Air OJSC. He has significant experience in banking, financial management, investments, corporate and public administration, and strategic management of organizations. Sukhrob Mirzoev has more than 15 years of professional experience in banking, finance, and accounting. In 2009, he graduated from Tajik National University with a degree in Finance and Credit. From 2009 to 2023, he pursued his professional career in the banking sector, including at Tajiksodirotbank and Amonatbank. At these banks, he held various managerial positions in the areas of money transfers and bank cards. He is currently engaged in entrepreneurial activities and serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Babr Capital MDO and its sole founder.

Mahbonu Nakhatzoda has extensive professional experience in banking and finance, public administration, economic research, and international cooperation. She holds doctoral degree in the fields of World Economy and International Economic Relations, as well as Regional Development and Economic Integration, awarded by the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Business. From 2016 to 2020, she served as Head of the Research Institute of the National Bank of Tajikistan, and from 2020 to 2022, she served as Deputy Chair of the National Bank of Tajikistan. During her tenure at the National Bank of Tajikistan, she oversaw payment systems, information technology, statistics and balance of payments, insurance, and risk management, and participated in the development of national strategies and regulatory frameworks in the financial and banking sectors. Mahbonu Nakhatzoda has extensive expertise in financial inclusion, digitalization and payment system development, monetary policy, financial regulation, and international cooperation. The National Financial Inclusion Strategy for 2022–2026 was developed at the initiative of Mohbonu Nakhatzoda. Throughout her professional career, she has worked with international organizations and development institutions, including the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, IFC, ADB, EBRD, OECD, and IOM. From 2022 to 2024, she served as General Director of Payvand Group MDO LLC. Since 2024, she has been serving as the National Coordinator of the European Union Programme, Erasmus+ in Tajikistan. Since January 2026, she has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Babr Capital.

Olim Abdusalomov has more than 24 years of professional experience in banking and finance. In 1997, he graduated from Tajik National University with a degree in International Economics. From 1997 to 2022, he worked at the National Bank of Tajikistan, holding various senior management positions in the areas of international reserves management, foreign exchange regulation, financial markets, and payment systems. From 2017 to 2022, he held senior management positions in departments responsible for foreign exchange regulation and monitoring, financial markets, and payment systems. Now, he is CEO of Eftalit LLC. Since January 2026, he has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Babr Capital.

Rajabali Asomidinovich Farkhudinov has extensive professional experience in banking and finance, including many years of experience in senior management positions at various banking institutions. In 1988, he graduated from Tajik State University named after V.I. Lenin with a degree in National Economic Planning. Throughout his professional career, he has held various senior positions, including Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Amonatbank, Chief Accountant of the National Bank of Tajikistan, as well as other senior positions in the banking sector. Rajabali Asomidinovich has significant practical experience in banking, finance and accounting, banking operations management, and organizational management. Since February 2026, he has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Babr Capital.
