LLC MDO “Babr Capital” announces a tender for the selection of an audit firm to conduct an audit of the financial statements of LLC MDO “Babr Capital” in accordance with International Standards on Auditing for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.
Audit firms authorized by the National Bank of Tajikistan to conduct audits of the financial statements of credit institutions are invited to participate in the tender.
To participate in the tender, audit firms must submit the following set of documents to LLC MDO “Babr Capital”:
• notarized copies of the audit firm’s constituent documents, including all amendments and supplements;
• the audit firm’s balance sheet and profit statement as of the latest reporting date;
• a draft agreement specifying the cost of services, commencement date, audit plan and timeframe, as well as the proposed audit methodology.
Tender applications must be prepared in Tajik, Russian, or English and must comply with all the requirements specified above.
