Backend Developer

Babr Capital is seeking a Backend Developer to join our team.

You will be involved in developing digital solutions, integrating information systems, and developing the financial institution's technological infrastructure.

What you'll be doing
• Design and develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices in C# (.NET Core) or Java.
• Integrate peripheral systems with the banking core.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries.
• Optimize Oracle and PostgreSQL database performance.
• Participate in the design of distributed systems and the architecture of new products.
• Interact with systems analysts and frontend developers.
• Participate in the development and improvement of the organization's IT solutions.

What's Important to Us
• Strong proficiency in C# (.NET Core) or Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservice architecture.
• Deep understanding of relational databases (Oracle Database and PostgreSQL).
• Experience optimizing SQL queries.
• Understanding of the principles of building high-load and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Git and CI/CD skills.
• Experience in fintech or banking is a plus.
• Responsibility and the ability to write clean and maintainable code.
