Head of Banking Cards Department

You will be responsible for the development of the card business, process efficiency, and teamwork, as well as participating in the creation and development of card products.

What you'll be doing
• Organize and manage the bank card department.
• Develop and implement card products.
• Oversee issuance, acquiring, and card transaction support processes.
• Interact with payment systems and processing centers.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the card business and formulate proposals for its development.
• Define the team's objectives and monitor their implementation.
• Develop employees and improve the department's performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal regulations.

What's Important to Us
