Babr Capital Is Hiring a Head of Compliance Control

We are looking for a professional to lead the development of our compliance control framework, manage compliance risks, ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, and help maintain the organization’s transparency and business reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the compliance control framework.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
- Develop and improve internal policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the regulatory authority, prepare reports, and advise employees on compliance matters.

Requirements
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Experience in compliance, internal control, or risk management.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing financial institutions.
- Skills in developing internal procedures and assessing and managing risks.
- Strong analytical skills, a sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
